What is your RETURN POLICY?
We have a 7 day Return/Exchange Policy for items purchased at full price. {SALE ITEMS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE, however we will consider exchanging for longer/short length if stock allows}
We want you to be happy with your purchase from us. If you are not, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. You must call or email us within 7 days of receipt to request a RA#{return authorization number}. No returns will be accepted or processed without a proper RA#. All returned/exchanged merch must be in new,unworn condition,sent with original paperwork. Original shipping charges are non-refundable,as well as return shipping charges.
After 7 days all items will be considered FINAL SALE and no refunds will be issued.
Any items purchased on sale, custom orders and pieces marked FINAL SALE are considered FINAL SALE.

Do you offer a REPAIR SERVICE?
Yes, we repair our own jewelry. If a piece breaks or is damaged,please contact us for a RA# and return instructions. Repair Fees are on a case-by-case basis,and will be determined once we see the piece.
We also clean our own pieces for a small fee. You pay shipping to and fro. Your piece will come back looking clean and refreshed,like a day at the Spa, only cheaper.

How long will it take for my order to ship?
We make every piece by hand in our studio,made to order. However, we do have some items on hand,at the ready...
Please allow 1 - 3 business days for your order to ship. We ship Monday through Friday. Generally speaking, web orders received before 10:00 AM EST ship within 24 hours if we have the item in stock. Any items that take longer,such as rings,are marked on the website. All special order or custom items will take additional time. We do occasionally sell out of items. We will notify you with the expected ship date if this occurs....

How does my order ship?
We ship most of our items from our New York studio, insured via UPS,no signature required. We also ship some items via Priority post. If you require a signature,please tell us in the comments box and we will let you know if there is an additional fee.
We offer ground,2-day air and next day air. The prices listed on our website are ESTIMATES only,and are subject to change depending on destination and value of shipment.
If you are in New York or New Jersey, ground arrives in 1 day.
CT, PA and MA generally 2 days ground
Northeast and Southern east coast, 3-5 business days ground
West Coast- 7 business days via ground

Do you ship Internationally?
While we do not take international orders on our website, you can place an order directly through the studio.Please contact us via email at info@janehollingerjewelry.com to inquire.

Can I cancel/change my order?
You may cancel or make changes to your order immediately after submitting. Once an order has been processed and shipped it cannot be cancelled or changed,and you will need to contact us within the 7 day window to request a RA#, providing it was purchased at full price.

Do you gift wrap?
We ship all of our pieces in a signature box with a ribbon. If you need a gift message enclosed,or a gift receipt,please tell us the comments box.

Can I place a phone order?
Yes, we take orders over the phone. Please call 845 658 7521 to inquire.

How do I determine my ring size?
We use standard US ring sizes. We highly recommend you have your fingers sized by a professional jeweler in person if possible. If not, there are various websites that you can view and print to determine your ring size,just make sure they are US sizes. Please call us if you need assistance with your ring size.

Do you do custom pieces?
Yes! Please call or email us with your custom order requests. Also, if you would like to customize a piece we have on the website,please ask and we will let you know if it's possible.
